County Executive Bello announces discounted greens fees at Monroe County golf courses for the fall season
Rochester, New York – Golfers looking to get in a few more rounds before the season comes to an end can now take advantage of lower prices at several Monroe County golf courses.
County Executive Adam Bello announced discounted fall greens fees at Durand Eastman, Genesee Valley and Churchville golf courses. The reduced prices are effective immediately and will remain available during the fall season.
The discounts cover both nine-hole and 18-hole rounds, with separate rates available for golfers who choose to walk the courses and those who use golf carts.
“Discounted greens fees are a great way to play golf at one of our beautiful county golf courses before the season ends,” said County Executive Bello. “Recent improvements to our drainage system at Durand Eastman as well as the addition of paved golf cart paths have enhanced the playing experience and ensure accessible access to all of our public golf courses during wet conditions that are common at this time of the year.”
At Durand Eastman, the North Course at Genesee Valley and the East and West courses at Churchville, golfers can play nine holes for $12 when walking. A nine-hole round with a golf cart costs $20.

Those who want to play a full 18-hole round will pay $15 to walk or $30 to ride at those courses.
Even lower fall rates are being offered at the South Course at Genesee Valley. A nine-hole walking round is priced at $10, while playing nine holes with a cart costs $18.
For an 18-hole round at the Genesee Valley South Course, golfers will pay $12 if they walk. The rate for an 18-hole round with a golf cart is $27.
The seasonal discounts arrive as changing fall weather can create more challenging conditions for golf courses. Bello highlighted improvements made at Durand Eastman, including work on the drainage system and the addition of paved golf cart paths. Those upgrades are intended to improve access and playing conditions when wet weather affects the courses.
The county’s public golf facilities give players several options for taking advantage of the reduced rates. Durand Eastman, Genesee Valley and Churchville each offer different courses and layouts, while the new fall pricing provides discounted choices for both shorter rounds and traditional 18-hole play.

Golfers interested in taking advantage of the reduced rates can find additional details about the individual courses online. Tee times can also be reserved through the Monroe County Parks Golf website.
The discounted prices will give golfers an opportunity to continue playing at Monroe County’s public courses during the remaining weeks of the fall golf season, with options starting at $10 for nine holes and $12 for a full 18-hole walking round.
