Town of Penfield invites health and wellness organizations to join 2026 Community Health Fair

Penfield, New York – Health, safety, and wellness organizations are being invited to take part in the Town of Penfield’s 2026 Community Health and Wellness Fair, giving local groups a chance to introduce residents to valuable programs and services while strengthening connections across the community.

Town officials are currently accepting applications from organizations working in the health and wellness field that would like to participate in the annual event. The fair is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 9, and will run from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Alpheus Clark House Lodge, located at 675 Whalen Road in Penfield.

The Community Health and Wellness Fair is free and open to the public, making it accessible for residents of all ages who want to learn more about resources available in their community. Organizers plan to bring together a wide range of health, wellness, and safety organizations, creating an opportunity for attendees to explore services, gather information, and speak directly with professionals representing local programs.

Participating organizations will be able to engage with visitors throughout the afternoon, answer questions, and highlight the services they provide. The event is designed to encourage community members to discover programs that support healthier lifestyles, improve well-being, and promote public safety.

Town officials noted that there is no cost for organizations to participate in the fair, making it an attractive opportunity for nonprofits, healthcare providers, community agencies, and other groups serving the health and wellness sector.

Because space is limited, interested organizations are encouraged to submit their applications as early as possible. The deadline to apply is Friday, Sept. 18. Once available spots are filled, no additional vendors will be accepted.
