Monroe County Land Bank Corporation announces full 2026 schedule of public meetings with in-person and virtual access

Monroe County, New York – The Monroe County Land Bank Corporation has released its official meeting schedule for 2026, outlining a full year of regular sessions that will remain open and accessible to the public. The notice provides residents, stakeholders, and interested observers with clear details on when and how the Land Bank will conduct its business in the year ahead.

All regular meetings are set to begin at 3:30 p.m. and will take place in person at The Department of Planning & Development, First Floor Business Center, City Place, 50 W. Main Street, Rochester, NY. These meetings are scheduled on the second Wednesday of each month, with one exception in November. This consistent timing is designed to make participation easier for the public and for partners who regularly engage with the Land Bank’s work.

The 2026 calendar opens on Wednesday, January 14, followed by meetings on February 11, March 11, and April 8. The spring and summer schedule continues with sessions on May 13, June 10, July 8, and August 12. In the fall, meetings are planned for September 9 and October 14, before shifting slightly to Thursday, November 12. The year will conclude with a final meeting on Wednesday, December 9, 2026.

In addition to in-person attendance, the Monroe County Land Bank Corporation is continuing its hybrid approach to public access. Community members may attend meetings virtually via Zoom or observe proceedings through a live YouTube stream. Access links for virtual participation and viewing will be included with the meeting agendas, which will be posted in advance on the Monroe County Planning webpage.
