Penfield, New York – The Town of Penfield is gearing up for its 2025 Community Health and Wellness Fair and is now actively seeking vendors interested in showcasing their services at this well-attended community event. Scheduled for Friday, September 12, the fair will be held at the Penfield Community Center, located at 1985 Baird Road, and will run from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Health and wellness organizations from across the area are encouraged to apply for a vendor spot, with town officials noting that this is a great chance to connect with local residents, raise awareness about available services, and contribute to the overall well-being of the Penfield community.

“Are you an organization in the health and wellness space? The Town of Penfield invites you to submit a request to participate in the 2025 Town of Penfield Community Health and Wellness Fair,” reads the official invitation.

The event is completely free for both vendors and attendees, making it an accessible and inclusive opportunity for community engagement. From fitness programs and mental health services to nutrition counseling and public safety resources, the fair aims to offer something valuable for everyone who walks through the doors.

Vendors who are selected will have a chance to meet face-to-face with community members, distribute information, offer samples or demonstrations, and foster connections that can last beyond the day of the fair.

“There is no fee to participate,” officials emphasized, making it clear that this is a no-cost promotional opportunity for qualifying organizations.

Spots for the fair are limited, and interest tends to be high, so the town is encouraging early submissions from all interested parties. The deadline to apply is Friday, August 23, but organizers say it’s best not to wait until the last minute.
