The public can access the documents at the office of the Fire District Secretary/Treasurer at Station No. 4, as well as at the Henrietta Town Clerk’s office at 475 Calkins Road. An additional copy is on file with the Town of Brighton at 2300 Elmwood Avenue in Rochester. Office hours for viewing are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays.
For those who prefer to examine the information from home, the proposed budget has also been posted on the district’s official website, www.henriettafire.com. This step gives residents easy access to the details and allows them to prepare any questions or comments ahead of the hearing.
The annual budget process plays a key role in shaping how the district allocates resources for equipment, training, staffing, and other operational needs. By holding a public hearing, the commissioners are inviting community voices into the decision-making process, ensuring that residents have a direct opportunity to be heard before final decisions are made.
