Pittsford, New York – Summer is wrapping up, but there’s still one last chance to enjoy a warm evening under the stars with a good movie and good company. The final Family Outdoor Movie Night of the season is set for next Thursday, August 21, and organizers are closing it out with a crowd favorite — Sonic 3 [PG].

In this latest installment, Sonic embarks on his biggest adventure yet, teaming up with familiar allies while squaring off against dangerous new enemies — including a mysterious rival whose powers rival his own. Packed with action, humor, and heart, it’s a film that promises to keep both kids and adults entertained from start to finish. The screening will begin shortly after sunset, and best of all, it’s completely free and open to the public.

The fun kicks off early, with food vendors ready to serve at 7:00 p.m. Z Best Foodz will offer a variety of snacks, while Kona Ice will be serving up its popular shaved ice treats. Families are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs or spread out a blanket on the grass for the ultimate laid-back summer experience.

“This is a perfect way to spend a summer evening with family and friends,” event organizers noted. “We love seeing the community come together for a night of laughter, great food, and a fantastic film.”

The event will be held at the Spiegel Community Center field, located at 35 Lincoln Avenue. Whether you’re a longtime Sonic fan or just looking for a fun night out, the evening promises a mix of high-speed thrills, fresh air, and friendly faces.

As the sun sets and the screen lights up, the final movie night of the season will be more than just a film showing — it’s a celebration of community, summertime, and making memories before autumn arrives. Bring your friends, your appetite, and your sense of adventure, and help give this summer series a fitting send-off.
