Nominations now open for 2025 inclusive Leadership Award recognizing diversity and innovation in the workplace

Rochester, New York – The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is now accepting nominations and applications for the 2025 Inclusive Leadership Award. This prestigious recognition highlights individuals and organizations that actively promote inclusivity in the workplace. By fostering diversity, innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being, these leaders create a lasting impact on their industries and communities.
The award celebrates professionals from various sectors and job roles, including executives, department heads, and HR professionals. Organizations that empower and support these leaders by providing essential resources and opportunities are also acknowledged for their contributions.
Nominations for deserving individuals can be submitted online until Thursday, May 8. Those interested in applying without a prior nomination are also encouraged to do so, with applications open until Thursday, May 15. Finalists will be selected based on a set of award criteria and supporting documents provided in the application process. A panel of judges, consisting of diverse leaders from the Greater Rochester business community, will make the final selection for the 2025 award recipient.
The award will be presented at a special ceremony on Thursday, July 10, at the Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. The event will bring together business professionals, community leaders, and advocates for workplace inclusivity to celebrate the achievements of the honorees.
